We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We want you to love what you ordered — if something isn’t right, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
(A) The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused.(B) All original tags must still be attached.(C) The item must be in its original packaging.(D) You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@denimdivaa.in or call us at +91 978 556 6978. Please include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email us at help@denimdivaa.in with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on all eligible items. If you need a different size, contact us at help@denimdivaa.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange a size exchange for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
(A) Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.(B) Items without original tags or packaging.(C) Sale items or items purchased during special promotional offers.(D) Items where the 7-day return window has passed.(E) Gift cards.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, if you wish to return an item, we will process a refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) to your provided bank account or UPI ID within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via:
(A) Bank transfer / UPI for COD orders.(B) Original payment method for prepaid orders.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at help@denimdivaa.in.
