At Denim Divaa, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden delivery charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (All over India): Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping (Select Pincodes): Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days for an additional charge of Rs. 25. Availability of express shipping will be shown at checkout based on your pincode.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India at no extra charge. COD orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as prepaid orders.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is repeatedly refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or locations that are not serviceable by our logistics partners.
If your pincode is not serviceable at the time of checkout, please contact us at help@denimdivaa.in and we will try our best to find an alternative delivery solution for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@denimdivaa.in or call +91 978 556 6978.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise a complaint with our courier partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Denim Divaa is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company once the order has been dispatched. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photo of the damaged package and contact us immediately at help@denimdivaa.in with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
